Offer to Purchase Real Estate

If an error in monetary calculation is found in the Offer - and the real estate agent refuses to correct this, would this make the Offer null and void at the outset?

Generally a unilateral mistake (only one party) does not void a contract. You may be able to sue the real estate agent or broker
