getting a person off of deed
i need to get my ex off of the deed to my house hes also on the mortgage still but refuses to cooperate. he has tax liens and since hes on the deed i cannot refinance, or sell off acreage to catch up mortgage because of said liens.

You can sue him, but that's a tossup. If he has an ownership interest through marriage you'll have to buy him out.
This should have been taken care of in your divorce. Assuming there is a provision in your divorce decree which obligates him to convey his interest in the property to you, this will NOT take care of the tax liens--those will remain liens against the real estate. There are a couple of possibilities, but you would need to contact a real estate attorney in your area to assist you.
