Property owner?

Who is the legal owner and responsible party of a ditch? I have owned my home for 4.5 years and am now told I have to mow the ditch thats between a side walk and road. Prior to this year the developer took care of it but recently went belly up.

Depends on the ditch. You will need to have a survey done to determine where your property lines are located.
