Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

I purchased a house in Iowa from a REO company in Florida on contract. The agreement was that the payments would drop after four months due to adjusted taxes which was agreed upon through email. When I double checked with the company several days ago, they said it will not go down and the new contract company can do what they want with the payments from here on out. Also, since the purchase of my house in November, the company I bought it from still has the house for sale on their website and other websites. They also have adjusted the price of the house since my purchase to raise the price up. Lastly, the house was never put under a contract buyer at the assessors office. Do I have to remain in this contract and just give in to the new contract servicing companies demands or does neglect on their end give me an out?

Not clear if the property is in Iowa or Florida. You are going to need to hire a real estate attorney licensed in the state in which the property is located. Without being able to review the contract you signed, it is difficult to make any suggestions.
