radon disclosure
the person who sold us our home did not disclose there was radon do we have a legal right to void the deal after 3 months

It is unlikely you can "void the deal." The first step is to mitigate the radon. It is a relatively simple process, and in this area, the cost is about $1,000. To hold the seller liable, you will need to prove that the seller knew the radon levels were high and failed to disclose this to you.
