Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

I rent my home. I was kind enough to let a person stay with my husband and myself while she was going through the begining stages of a divorce. She soon after had her sister move in with us. They have never paid any rent there or have they ever paid any bills. They did one time buy $100.00 worth of food, but have made no other contributions to the house. She does get some mail at my home but most of it goes to a P.O. Box number. I have asked them nicely twice to find someplace, and today I told them they had till tomorrow night to be out. What can I do to get them out. Also my landlady is aware they are there but is was to be just for a short time they have over stayed that time.

If you agreed to let them stay there that makes them a tenant at will and you'll have to evict them in the same way as if you were the landlord because for all intents and purposes you are.
