Rental Agreement

My 20 year old college student daughter signed a rental agreement for an apartment with another girl in July of 1999 and now wants to move home. Will she be liable for rent thru June of 1999?

Yes. Is there any reason (e.g., a notice clause in the lease agreement) you believe she might not be liable?
