Seller Disclosures

What legal recourse do we have if the seller's failed to disclose major issues with the home we bought (in Iowa)? We did not have an inspection done so I wasn't sure if that prevents any legal recourse. The issues are foundation instability, water leakage in the basement and ant and bat infestations. The neighbors have stated that they sellers were aware of these issues. We have owned the house for less than 1 year.

If you believe the seller knowingly misrepresented items on the Residential Property Seller Disclosure Statement, you need to contact an attorney, and soon.
