We are thinking of selling our home on contract what is the best way to do this and how do we do it?

If you currently have a mortgage on the property, you will need to review the mortgage (or have an attorney do so) to see if there is a due on sale clause. Due on sale clauses are very common, and they restrict you from selling the property on contract without the lender's consent. You should have an attorney prepare the contract for you. There are so many pitfalls which can result from trying to do it yourself. I would be happy to assist you with this.
