Someone else sign my deed to my property
My name is--name removed-- I am 52 years old and have just been diagnosed with Mulitiple Scelorsis and am completely disabled--name removed--I have been pre-approved for a loan to buy a foreclosed property--name removed--I have been on Medicaid and want to find out if there is any way that I can take the loan out to buy the property, live there with my wife and pay all of the taxes, but have the title to the property in my sons name or someone elses name Otherwise, it will be all for nothing to purchase anything, because the government will cease it when I die, because I was forced to have to go on medicaid--name removed-- Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter,

It is unlikely that any lender would allow you to be the borrower, but have someone else own the property. It is possible however, and it does not hurt to ask.
