Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

I am the small Motel owner, Having the problem with guy who came and rent the room as regular customer, and he had no money to pay the rent so he asked me to help you out and so he would stay free, now there is no maintanace work left so ask him to vacant the room and go, but he denied to go, i call the Police they said give hime evacuation notice for 3 days.

That I have done. what could be the solution or problem for us and how to we can face it.

You have to evict him like any other holdover tenant. If he refuses to leave you'll have to take him to court.
