Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

In the state of Iowa, I am renting a condo and having issues with my downstairs neighbor in regards to noise. I have tried to stay as quiet as possible and have made changes to my home to help reduce the noise (Moved the TV above the fireplace, changed my bed so It wouldn't sound loud when I got in or out of bed, added rugs.). I have a dog that does not bark nor do I left her play in the house in effort to not disturb my neighbors. The tenent downstairs has requested I turn my TV down twice when I had the TV as low as possible while still being able to hear it. (Volume 18 and 13) Regardless of how low my TV is and how quiet I try to be on the phone without whispering, she has filed a complaint with the association. My other neighbors (upstairs and across the hall) have stated that they never hear me and are willing to make a statement in front of the association board. What rights do I have to fight back? if any? I feel this is unfair and I'm no longer at peace in my own home because I fear that she will file another comolaint.

Nothing much that can be done unless it degenerates into harassment. You're doing all that you can.
