Warranty Deed
I down loaded a general Warranty Deed for the state of Iowa. Do we need a specific Joint Warrenty Deed for transfer from husband and wife to husband and wife, or can I just put both names on the general Warranty Deed form?

You really should have a real estate attorney assist you with this. If certain things are not done correctly, the deed may be void, or at the very least, may not have its intended effect.
