Can you write an anonymous offer for the purchase of real estate in Iowa?

In theory, I suppose. Will it be accepted by the seller? Unlikely. How would the seller be able to enforce the obligations of the agreement without knowing who the buyer is? There are a couple of more realistic methods to accomplish this. I would suggest you hire a real estate attorney in your area to represent you and help you formulate a plan.
