Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

help

in 2002 after i found out i was pregnant i found out my boyfriends ex girlfriend gave him hpv when i discussed this with her she said he deserved it i now have cancer cells and the odds of me having another child are slim to non what can i do about it

This is such a complicated situation and determining who is responsible is not all that clear. I know you think it's clear, but as a lawyer it isn't. I'd need to know more facts and probably more from the boyfriend. The girlfriend just expressing vengeful thoughts isn't enough to prove knowledge of carrying a venereal disease, on the old girlfriends part after years have passed. You probably need to speak with a lawyer.
