Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

Hello, I have this 22 year old friend that really likes this 15 year old friend. However they have only kissed. This worrys him that it is against the law. So is it a felony or any other thing that can get him introublle. Thank you.

Legally speaking, no, but a mere 'grope' would be illegal. They don't call it jail bait for nothing and your 'friend' is fishing in troubled waters. Tell him to find someone more age appropriate or deal with the consequences.
