Cyber sex: Legal or not?

I am considering setting up an informal cyber sex business for some extra cash. My concerns are whether or not it is legal to do so and advertise on an adult-only area on Craig's List, and if a minor participates without my knowledge, will I be liable? If a minor participates and I find out, do I report them to the police? Having been taken advantage of as a child, I only want to interact with consenting adults.
