Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

dating age rights and laws

i am 16, almost 17, would it be against the law for me to date a 22 year old guy? what are the laws on that? would it be illegal for me to date him? would it be illegal for me to have sex with him? do my parents have any say?
