Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

Hi My Name is--name removed--My husband is being accused of rape he has fully coperated with the detectives by telling them that he and the girl did have sex and that is was consitual and has givin them a DNA a swab there were no whitnesses of what happen her clothes had no tears and she had no bruising in her area or anywhere on her body...But do you think even though he is giving all his coperation that he should still seek in having an Attorney?
