Sexual Harassment
when a co worker makes a sexual comment about you and you hear it from about from someone who over hread it. Is this sexual harassment what can be done?

Sexual harassment isn't so easily proven in a court of law and a case being ripe requires a lot more than just a single statement. But many companies have written sexual harassment policies in place. Talk with your supervisor and ask about the company's policy on sexual harassment. Check with your human resource department first.
