Legal Question in Tax Law in Iowa

My exwife signed part 2 of the 8332 form in 2008 to release claim of our son for future years. This year she gave us a new 8332 form and it now has a part 3 that she revokes what she signed in 2008. She will not let me claim my son. I have a divorce decree that she signed stating I get to claim my son EVERY year as long as child support is current and she gives me the medical bills by Dec 15th. I understand with the new 2009 8332 form if the decree is after 1984 and before 2009 I just need to send that in and I will be able to claim my son.. I just want to make sure I was understanding that right.. Thanks

It sounds complicated. I think that a trip to your attorney with your decree in hand and the forms in question seems appropriate to me.
