Loss of drivers license for not paying back taxes.
My son had his drivers license revoked, because his ex-wife didn't pay her taxes . Is this legal ?

Only in Iowa, most states consider it a right to drive, and restrict you if you are a bad driver, uninsured ect, but Iowa considers it a collection tool. It had to be a Joint return for it to be joint liability.
