Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
On 11/26 I allegedly failed to yield to a school bus in my girlfriends car. The bus driver reported it to the police and she was contacted. Since she was not driving the car and has time card from work for the time of incident and the bus driver identified the driver as a male driver could she take it to court with success? Also if they ask who was driving the car what should she say as to not incriminate me? Thanks in advance.
