Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I am a 17 year old in Iowa with a full unrestricted Iowa drivers license. I will be headed to California to stay with a friend for a week next month. In California drivers under the age of 18 are not allowed to drive a vehicle with other people under the age of 20 in the vehicle. This is because until the younger drivers are 18 all they can get is a California Provisional Drivers license. Since I already have a full license (from a different state) would I be able to drive my friend who is also 17 around in California legally?

I probably wouldn't do that especially if you were not driving an Iowa registered vehicle. You might be told that plays in Iowa but not out here.
