Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
i was in an accident where i hit sumone on a bike. i was making a right hand turn and only going 10 mph. i got a ticket for failure to obey yield sign and the right of way. is it in my best interest to fight it in court?

You can fight it all you like but you might not like the outcome any better than if you just pay the ticket. Who knows, the officer may not show up for court.
