Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I have car insurance and I rear ended someone who doesn't have insurance. The damage is very minimal. What actions do I need to take? Will that person contact my insurance company? Do I contact my insurance company first? She received a citation for not having insurance but I need to know what actions I should take from here.

You will have to contact your insurance carrier. Hopefully you have uninsured motorist coverage.
