Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
driving without a license
i was given a ticket for driving without a license. the thing is i was being taught how to drive by the owner of the car i was driving. i needed practice before i went to get my license. im over 18. since then, i have gotten a permit, even though i dont need it to get the license because of my age. is there any chance if i go to the court date that it will get dismissed or have the fine reduced?
