Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
driving without the physical license
My son was stopped for no front license plate. Apparently it was stolen. He was given a ticket for not having his driver's license with him, it was in my car. As long as he has a valid license, can we fight the ticket?

Re: driving without the physical license
If you produce proof of the license oftentimes the ticket can be dismissed. Plead not guilty and the court will set a hearing date.
