Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
hit a car
i got in a car accident by someone who was trying to cross the road at a slow rate of speed and i had the right if way there were no stop signs or anything and by time she was in front of me she slowed down alot and i had no time to react, and i have no insurance at the time, is it my fault i hit and what should i do

What you should do is pay, unless you can pay for an attorney. you will most assuredly get sued because you have no insurance.
