Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
My husband drives over the road as a semi truck driver. He is sometimes pulled into a scaling station weather permanet or mobil, he is always legal and has his paperwork current and correct. And they will still pull him around back for an inspection and to check his paperwork. There are other times when he is driving and see mobil units out and they are only pulling over specific trucks (ie. live stock haulers). Isn't that discrimination to say we are only going to pull over these truck drivers today and who cares about the rest?
