Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
Is it legal for someone living in Iowa to have a car and a car loan that has never had a drivers license. There is a divorce involved and the courts say that she has to get the car out of his name but the loan company says that the courts have no say and that he is liable for the car. The car is now in Colorado while he is still living in Iowa.
