Officer signature
If the officer puts in TF-L printed, where it asks for the officers signature is the ticket still legal?

I don't know for sure, although I think it is, especially if the officer used a pen or pencil to write in TF-L. If you think it isn't legal, plead not guilty and ask for a bench trial and make your argument to the court.
