Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
An officer stepped out into the middle of the road @ 9pm and put his hand out to stop a motorcycle, causing the driver to swerve sharply and brake hard. The officer then proceeded to curse at the driver and kept him stopped for over 80 minutes. Is this legal?
