Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
Party buses
Iowa - I am starting a party bus company. Can I have alcohol on-board the bus? Does it matter if the driver is seperated from the passengers, like theres a wall between them?

It sounds pretty dangerous to me and I wouldn't want to write the liability policy on a busload of people on a toot. You will probably have to see what local and state regulations apply to the matter and whether you need a license to serve alcohol. I suggest talking to other owners.
