Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
What happens to a person if they give an incorrect address on a traffic citation, such as an address of a person with the same first initial and same last name? Obviously trying to not have to deal with it or elude it.

Under Iowa Code ch. 718.6 you can be charged with a simple misdemeanor for providing false information on a citation. Depending on the wording of the citation and what it says where you signed it there is a potential to be charged with perjury.
