Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I was pulled over in Iowa for having window tint that was too dark. I was unaware of the law, and I do qualify for a medical exemption which allows me to have it tinted down to 35%. The Officer that pulled me over measured it at 31%. Is this still going to be a problem for me? Or is there a margin of error allowed by the court for the measuring device?

What you'll have to prove is that you've got some legally cognizable exemption that is recognized as a defense-if you're trying to beat the ticket.
