Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I was pulled over Saturday 12-13-14 for my registration, and my license being temporarily suspended can if fight the tickets? I was not arrested, but my car was impounded. I was able to pick my vehicle up that following Monday. I have updated my registration as of Monday 12-15-14, I have paid the out of state ticket that caused my license to become temporarily suspended. I was pulled over Saturday 12-13-14. I have all documents to prove I am up to date with all tickets. The tickets are failure to have valid license and registration I believe.

You've got nothing to lose by asking. If the question is are you guilty, the answer is yes. But you can see if you can negotiate some leniency-they may cut you some slack. Plead not guilty and then show up for court when they tell you to.
