Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
Hello, I received a ticket for "no insurance" while driving a vehicle I had recently bought from a private party, and had not yet "added" it to my current insurance policy. The vehicle was immediately added to my policy the night of receiving the ticket to correct the issue. What is the best way to argue "proof of correction" on or before my court date, who should I contact the clerk of courts or the county attorney?. Thank you!

County attorney's office for sure. Show them a binder from your insurance company or their agent.
