Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I recently was ticketed for illegally maneuvering on a median. I pulled out of traffic to avoid causing an accident. I stopped till everything cleared and I had my bearings and then proceeded. I am unable to find anything or any law that states what I did is wrong. Is there such a law and if so where would I find information? I don't believe I did anything wrong.
