Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I recieved a letter from clerk of court, stating I was getting my DL suspended in one week for failing to pay a fifteen year old citation. I called to recieve a copy of the ticket and my signature, and was informed that they don't keep that information nor do they have to keep it . Is this true and do I have to pay this so-called citation?

You can always hire an attorney and request a hearing. Of course that costs money. Or, you can pay the ticket.
