Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
speeding 24 over limit
i received a ticket for going 89 in a 65, by a highway patrol, that was off duty at the time, he was driving on the other side of the interstate and said he clocked me at 89. he was not in uniform.said he had been in training school today, he was going 65 on the other side, can he ticket me?
