Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
i got a speeding ticket and my court date was set for friday the 22nd and i just talked to the district attorney, but i havent gotten a letter yet, and she said that my court date had been changed to the 20th of december because the witness (officer) wasnt going to be there. Can I get my case dismissed if i go in to the court house on friday???
