i got a speeding ticket for going 30 over the limit can i get it reduced and if so how

You can attempt this by approaching the county attorney when your case comes up. Or, you can engage the services of an attorney to do the same thing. If your driving record is otherwise good and there wasn't an accident or some sort of endangerment of the public safety your chances are pretty good.
