Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
being sued for a moter vehicle collision
this accident invoved my daughter 17years old she pulled out and hit a car she said that she had stoped looked both ways pulled out on the hwy and there was the car ,the driver of the other car did not have any insurince now I being the parient is being sued for more than the insurince max .the other driver was charged for not having insurince .is there any thing that i can do ,or a place that i could find a attorney in iowa that could help me sort out this mess
