Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
Wrong Name On Ticket
I got a speeding ticket and the officer put the wrong first name on the ticket. Is the ticket valid? If so, how do I pay without appearing? Clerk of Courts does not know.

It is valid. It should have instructions on how to pay it on it unless an appearance is required I suggest you contact the issuing agency.
