Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

2 unmarried people buy a house together. relationship is ending.

I bought a house with my fiancee, she recently cheated on me and want out. She wants to keep the house and is still currently living in it. I moved out and have all my belongings. I would like to get my name completely off the deed so I don't have to worry about the house period. Please give me some advise, as to what can be done.

You'll have to convince her to buy you out. Unless you had a prenuptial agreement that is the only way your name comes off the paper.

Be very careful. You are still obligated to make the payments even if you convey the property to her. Contact an attorney to assist you with this.
