city morgage sold my house on the sheriffs auction after they said that it was all taken care of and now i have 3 days to move out because of there mistake what can i do

I find it very hard to believe that you were completely unaware of the foreclosure proceedings until the date of the sheriff sale. If you think you can win, you can sue them.
