Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
My dad is now on my grandparent's title to their house. Does that mean he now owns 1/3 of the house without buying it?

Possibly. Or all of it, or one-half, or one-sixteenth. He might also own the property in its entirety when your grandparents pass away. It depends on how the deed is worded.
