Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

After my divorce, I changed my will to leave my possessions to my adult children. Now that I am remarrired, is this will still valid? I want it to remain as I have it for my adult children only.

Yes, sort of. Your new spouse is entitled to a statutory share of your estate. You need to discuss your situation with an estate planning attorney in your area if you want to try to preserve your estate for your children.
