Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
If you are a Executor of a Last Will and it says this for the decesed, I grant such Executor or Alternate Executor any and all powers to perform any acts,in his/her sole discretion can they make changes to the will if they think they should.

No, you can't rewrite the will.
